Hypno Meditation is a prairie girl's interpretation of what happens when Eastern Meditation, meets Western Meditation, meets Hypnosis.
 

Hypno Meditation is great when a person wants a gentle, relaxing hypnosis experience, such as when using it for pain management, improving sleep, or reducing stress as opposed to changing a habit or releasing fears and phobias, or when someone wants the benefits of meditation but could also use a little work on their thoughts, beliefs, or behaviours. If you are going to meditate your way into a hypnotic state anyway, might was well take advantage of a little work on the mind while you are there!
